Presented by: Katie Benes, who works for the residents of Itasca County as the Director of Environmental Services. As Director, her responsibilities include administering the County’s planning and zoning regulations, solid waste program, septic program, shoreland program, and more. She started with Environmental Services in 2018 and has found it to be a place where there is always something to learn.
