Shoreland Advisor Visits Can Be Scheduled
To help "Protect Your Shoreline" and keep lakes in Itasca County healthy, Itasca Waters Organization developed a Shoreland Advisor Program to assist homeowners. The program involves an advisor visiting your property and suggesting ideas and tips to improve your shoreline and overall health of the lake. In keeping with best safety practices during this Coronavirus pandemic, there are three options to those who wish a Shoreland Advisor’s visit. An advisor will contact you and can either:
- meet with you on your property at a safe distance or,
- visit your property and communicate with you via phone while evaluating your property or,
- you can be put on a list for a visitation to your property at a later time.
Remember there is no cost for this service. To find out more about the program go to the Shoreland Advisors Program page. To schedule a visit you can simply fill out the request form on that page or call 218-259-5998 and our coordinator will get in touch with you.
Stay Well.
